Emerald Pointe II was built in 1951 on the corner of I-94 and Hwy 61 in East St. Paul. The three brick and stucco buildings have 15 units in each with multiple front entries and addresses. Common area appointments include spacious laundry rooms and tenant storage areas.  The surrounding grounds also provide ample gathering areas for tenants.

Individual units are small, but well designed with windows in kitchens and baths. Some of the apartments have updated cabinets and appliances.

This asset’s strongest features are good location and solid construction. While East St. Paul has a rough reputation, this building is located on the South Side of I-94 and is a part of the more desirable Battle Creek neighborhood.
