Bill offers a broad range of skills and expertise in selling multifamily and residential real estate. Prior to joining Minnesota Brokerage Group, he held sales agent positions with Marcus & Millichap, and the National Multi-Housing Group.
Bill’s foray into the industry began in 1989 as an owner and operator of more than 250 units. Key professional achievements and affiliations include: Three-term president of the St. Paul Association of Responsible Landlords; a frequent speaker and member of Minnesota Multi-Housing Association; and President of Cullen Homes, Inc.

Consultant/Market Analyst
Jeff Patterson joined Minnesota Brokerage Group (MBG) in April 2009 and brings nearly 30 years experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining MBG, Jeff was Director of Corporate Services at the Minneapolis office of Colliers International. During that time, Jeff managed the real estate needs of such companies as Ecolab, Jostens, Charles Schwab, and Viracon.
In recent years, Jeff has completed notable market feasibility consulting assignments for a variety of city governments. Some examples include:
Jeff holds a B.A. from Yale University, a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado, and an MBA, with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Hobbies include skiing, biking and fishing.
