Hillside Apartments is a 96-unit rental community that is well constructed and maintained.  The complex consists of eight, 2-½-story buildings with solid brick exteriors and decorative block interior walls. 

Each building is equipped with green entrance awnings, and features common area entries and hallways with wrought iron railings, and fully carpeted, well-lit hallways and stairs.  Detached garage buildings contain 90 separate stalls and, combined with substantial off-street spaces, provide ample parking for residents.
