St. Joseph Student Housing is a popular off-campus complex offering a variety of unit floor plans and amenities targeting students at local colleges and universities.  The property consists of a central courtyard surrounded by 24 villas and 15 townhomes.   Although bus service is available—both to and from the campuses—St. Joseph also offers private tuck-under garages with automatic openers, and assigned off street parking. 

Built in 1994, the three building complex, with 169 total “beds”, attracts students from nearby St. John’s University and the College of St. Benedict.  The buildings are well constructed with metal siding and new shingle roofs, and equipped with intercom controlled security systems.  Every townhouse and villa features private single bedrooms with a total of five-person or four-person occupancy respectively.   On-site resident assistants support each building. 

St. Joseph’s is located 75 miles north of the Twin Cities and 15 minutes north of St. Cloud.  This quaint college town has a population of more than 6,000 people.  Since 2000, it has shown a growth of almost 25 percent.
